RULES

1. The “200 Club” will consist of a maximum of 200 units. The cost of each unit is as follows: £3.00 monthly.

2. All monies must be paid by bankers order in advance. Participation commences on receipt of the first instalment, and is subject to rules 3 and 5.

3. Any participant whose subscription is not received by the 15th day of each month shall forfeit all interest in the draws and any subscriptions paid.

4. Three draws will be made each month for £55, £25, and £15, plus major draws in May and December of £550. If the membership of the club falls to below 80, the percentage of the payout will be maintained with the actual amount of the money paid out reducing pro rata.

5. New members joining will not be eligible for the major biannual draw until a minimum of three monthly draws have elapsed after the initial payment.

6. The organisation of the “Ton Up Club” and all matters appertaining thereto shall be vested in a sub-committee of Braintree RFC consisting of three General Committee members.

7. The decision of the general committee of Braintree RUFC shall be final in any matter requiring adjudication. The committee have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their discretion and without notice.

8. Draws will take place monthly in arrears at the clubhouse under close scrutiny of the said committee

9. Each unit member shall have one chance of winning a prize in each monthly draw.

10. Initial payment to join the “200 Club” signifies acceptance by the member to the above rules.
